Soft Shackle 18T

A soft shackle is an important piece of 4×4 vehicle recovery equipment to have on any overlanding trip. The UBA Soft Shackle has an 18 tonne rating.  A soft shackle is a type of rope shackle used in 4×4 vehicle recovery. It is made of a flexible rope material and replaces metal shackles in some applications, providing a safer and more lightweight option. In vehicle recovery, soft shackles are commonly used to secure the winch line to the recovery points on a vehicle, or to connect two vehicles together during a winch or tug recovery. The flexible nature of the shackle reduces the risk of injury in the event of a failure, compared to a metal shackle that could break and cause injury.
